Meet our leaders

A diverse team with a wide range of experience is important to our success. And this holds true for APM’s leadership team, who guide our everyday moments that enable better lives.

Our group of highly experienced leaders bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding from corporate and government sectors to health care and employment services.

This combination of skills and expertise has helped APM to grow since 1994, from three people in a single office in Perth, to more than 14,750 people in 11 countries, and to foster a supportive and inclusive culture that enables our people to thrive.

Michael Anghie

APM Group Chief Executive Officer

Michael joined APM in March 2018 as Group Chief Executive Officer and was appointed to the Board.

Prior to joining APM, Michael held a number of senior leadership roles across Oceania and Asia at global professional services firm, Ernst & Young. His most recent positions were Managing Partner, Western Region; Managing Partner, Oceania Strategic Growth; and Managing Partner, Growth Markets, Asia Pacific.

Michael has strong relationships across government, corporate and community groups. He has a mergers and acquisitions background.

Michael is also involved in a number of not-for-profits including as Chairman of Celebrate WA and is a former Director of the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University.

Megan Wynne

Founder and Executive Chair  

Megan established APM in January 1994 and was Managing Director until 2020 when she became Executive Chair.

Megan has been responsible for driving APM’s strategy and growth over the past 27 years.

Megan is an Occupational Therapist and has a background in vocational rehabilitation. While working in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Royal Perth Rehabilitation Hospital, she established a private Occupational Therapy practice at St John of God Hospital in 1990, and subsequently went on to manage the Vocational Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy Services of Perth Pain Management Centre. 

Megan holds a Master of Science (Rehabilitation), a Post Graduate Diploma (Health Sciences), and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy), Curtin University.

Matt Cooper

Chief Financial Officer

Matt joined APM in 2017 undertaking numerous roles across investor relations, financial reporting and analysis, treasury and capital management. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2023. Prior to joining APM, Matt spent 12 years at global professional services firm, PwC working in both the Corporate Finance and Audit divisions.

Karen Rainbow

Chief Executive Officer, Employment Services

Karen brings over 30 years of experience to her role and has been with APM since 2010 when she joined as National Operations Manager for Disability Employment Services. Today, her team of 1,951 help around 160,000 Australians each year to live independent and fulfilling lives through support services including DES, School Leaver Employment Supports, Workforce Australia, including Transition to Work, Employability Skills Training, Career Transition Assistance, Self-Employment Assistance and Australian Apprenticeship Support Services.

Fiona Monahan

Chief Executive, Ingeus UK

Fiona is an Occupational Therapist with over 25 years’ experience in the delivery of client services, clinical governance and service delivery oversight. Fiona joined APM 19 years ago and has played a pivotal role in its growth, diversification and continual evolution. Fiona is currently the CEO of Ingeus UK, part of the APM Group, following relocation to the UK with her family in October 2019.

Prior to this Fiona was CEO of APM’s Health and Communities division, in Australia, delivering a range of Allied Health, Aged Care and Disability Assessment, Vocational Rehabilitation and Mental Health Services.

Fiona is passionate about high quality service delivery, inclusion and enabling better lives.

Peter Magill

Jack Sawyer

Chief Executive Officer, Ingeus International, Assessment Services & Communities

Jack joined APM as CEO of Ingeus Group when it was acquired in 2019. With extensive experience in the delivery of large-scale programs, Jack has held a number of senior operational posts across the private and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to joining Ingeus, Jack worked for National Express Transport Group and for the Notting Hill Housing Group. Jack joined Ingeus in 2004 and was UK Chief Operating Officer and then UK Chief Executive Officer between 2012 and 2015.

At APM, he is responsible for APM’s operations, contracts and employment-related programs in Canada, the USA, South Korea, and Singapore. In Australia, he oversees APM’s delivery of Assessment Services and Community programs across Aged Care and Disability Services.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.

Michele Grow

Chief Executive Officer, Mental Health and Wellness

Michele is an experienced, energetic and versatile executive with a strong track record of growth, performance optimisation, innovation and change leadership. She is a highly regarded strategic customer relationship manager and service innovation driver with experience working across multiple geographies and industry sectors.

Michele is a highly regarded specialist in workplace health and wellbeing and is recognised for her understanding and knowledge of workplace issues and her ability to provide strategic advice to organisations on resolving complex issues, optimising effectiveness and enhancing health and connectedness in the workplace.

Michele is a regular presenter at conferences and workplace forums on key issues such as employee wellbeing, mental health, workplace risks and leadership effectiveness. She is a Fellow of both the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia/New Zealand, and is a member of Chief Executive Women and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michele has been a significant contributor and leader of the EAP and employee wellbeing industry on a global basis for more than two decades. She has undertaken ROI research and introduced multiple new initiatives to the industry that have been widely embraced.

Corina Della Posta

Chief Executive Officer, Therapy, Prevention and Rehab Services

Corina is an experienced and innovative executive with a strong track record for driving people performance, service delivery and quality excellence. She has been a significant contributor to the allied health industry for more than 20 years and is experienced in all aspects of personal injury, with extensive knowledge of Vocational Rehabilitation, Exercise Prescription and Medical Specialist Assessment, Opinion and Intervention.

Recognised for her knowledge and understanding of key stakeholders’ needs, and her ability to provide strategic advice to optimise recovery and mitigate risk, she has transferred these skills in the development and delivery of service models within the disability and health industries.

Corina has completed a Masters in Psychology, a Masters in Business Administration, has been published in the Journal of Occupational Rehabilitation, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Corina Della Posta

Cait Hayes

Chief People Officer

Cait Hayes is Chief People Officer with over 20 years of leading human resources strategy and teams across a range of industries including mining, telecommunications, and media, holding senior leadership roles with companies including WesTrac, iiNet and Foxtel.

Leading People & Culture and several multi-disciplinary corporate support functions globally, Cait helps create and deliver value through people and culture across APM’s team, customers, suppliers, investors, and the community.

Cait holds a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University.

Anthony Allcock

Chief Information Officer

Anthony is an accomplished leader in business transformation and IT, and experienced in leveraging technology and data to drive overall business success through efficiency and innovation. 

In 2022, he joined Ingeus (part of the APM Group and a leading provider of health, employment, youth and justice programs across the UK) as Chief Information Officer (CIO), leading the IT and data teams. In addition to his role at Ingeus, Anthony was appointed to a global role as CIO for the APM Group in May 2024. 

Before joining the APM Group, Anthony spent two and a half years as CIO for British Airways, and was previously Executive Leader for IT at Rolls Royce, where he spent 22 years working in various business transformation and IT roles.

Anthony Allcock

Stephen Farrell

Chief Commercial Officer

Stephen has over 13 years of experience leading finance teams, starting his career with accounting practices in Dublin and Perth. In 2008, he joined APM, where he has held finance leadership roles, including Group Finance Director and Joint Company Secretary.

Stephen is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University College of Dublin.

Peter Torre

Company Secretary

Peter holds a Bachelor of Business, is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Secretary, Chartered Governance Professional and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Prior to establishing his own firm, Torre Corporate, Peter was a partner of an internationally affiliated firm of chartered accountants, working within its corporate services division for over nine years, as well as holding the position of Chairman of the National Corporate Services Committee. Peter has been providing professional governance services to public companies in Australia, listed on the Australian and other overseas Stock Exchanges, in a variety of industries since 2003. 

In addition to serving as the Company Secretary, Peter has held the role of Chief Risk Officer at APM.

Peter Torre

Ian Taylor

Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer, Ian has responsibility for APM’s strategic planning, business and corporate development. An experienced leader in global markets, Ian joined APM after more than 20 years with Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong, New York and Sydney, where he was most recently Head of Equity Capital Markets for Australia and New Zealand. Ian has extensive experience working with a broad range of leading companies and investors around the globe, including directly in many of APM’s key international growth markets in North America and Asia Pacific.

He has served as Treasurer of the American Federation of Arts, a New York-based not-for-profit, and was a member of the Investment Advisory Group to the Australian Consulate-General in New York from 2017-2020. Ian has a Bachelor of Engineering and worked as a graduate engineer at Connell Wagner before joining the finance industry.

Peter Magill

Chief Development Officer

Peter moved from Early Start Australia (ESA) into APM in July 2022 to lead the Corporate Development team which primarily focusses on APM’s acquisitions and investments. He joined ESA in June 2021 as Director of Finance.

Prior to ESA, Peter was a Partner at EY for 14 years and led the Oceania Mergers and Acquisitions team. He worked for 24 years in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions as a lead advisor, advising private and public companies and private equity firms on divestments, acquisitions, IPO’s and capital raisings. 

Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and is a Chartered Accountant.
